Our Dermatologists, Greg J. Nelson M.D. and Helen H. Nam M.D. , are Board Certified Dermatologists. They met during their training at the University of Southern California and are married to each other. They have three adult children. Each of our doctors have areas of special interest and expertise to offer you. Dr. Nelson is fluent in Spanish and Dr. Nam speaks Korean.

Dr. Nelson loves general and pediatric dermatology and is always excited by challenging skin conditions. He worked as a USC assistant clinical instructor and the staff dermatologist at USC University Hospital before going into private practice. He strives to provide personalized service with good value to our patients. In this spirit, all items dispensed from the office are provided virtually at cost. He enjoys surfing on weekends, being with his family, and relaxes by reading dermatology case reports. (really!)

Dr. Nam is a talented dermatologic surgeon with extensive experience in preforming a wide range of cutaneous surgical procedures. She specializes in the precise removal of benign and malignant skin lesions, ensuring both effective treatment and cosmetically thoughtful results. Her surgical practice includes excisions of skin cancers, cysts,lipomas, and other growths, with an emphasis on meticulous technique and optimal healing. Dr.Nam is committed to individualized care, tailoring surgical approaches to minimize scarring and preserve the natural appearance of the skin. she is passionate about combining medical excellence with an artistic eye, helping her patients achieve both health and confidence through their skin treatments. In addition to her surgical expertise, Dr.Nam offers cosmetic dermatology services including Botox, Dysport, and a range of volume-enhancing dermal fillers. She has years of experience with chemical peels and utilizes the Lutronic LaseMD, a non-ablative fractional laser, for the treatment of unwanted pigmentation and skin rejuvenation. Outside of her clinical work, Dr.Nam enjoys hiking with friends, exploring new healthy recipes, and is dedicated to learning French.
